TORMENT


Blood dripping, drop after drop.. tears slipped at the corner of my eyes as my body grew tense,

My thoughts were screaming furiously yet my mouth didn’t utter a single syllable..

The air felt cold and bitter, wished I could crawl somewhere deep, dark and warm…

My heart was dying excruciatingly.. yet it wouldn’t stop beating..

My nails dug into my skin.. still I felt numb.. but the pain was there somewhere as if acid burnt on my fragile skin, as if razors peeling my thin skin, as if boiling water poured down on me melting me.., as if broken glasses buried inside my skin..

My mind was screaming but no voice escaped, I bit my lips till I felt blood soaking the tip of my tongue.. tasting the thick liquid in silent agony..

Dark fog surrounded me, trapped and helpless.. numbed and paralyzed..

Nothing resembled the exact pain..

Wishing somebody could hear me.. please someone.. somebody.. anybody..

Tears clouded my eyes..felt like thousand of needles stabbing my heart endlessly..

An inexplicable invisible torture.. as I stared hopelessly at the dark empty space..

A hand lifted my face…

This month, let’s give the spotlight to JON FOO !! Real name Jonathan Patrick Foo, born in 30 October 1982, a Scorpio. Did I say Scorpio?? Same as me! 17 DAYS left before his birthday! Early Reading History

some background of my first reading experience =) Honestly, I started to have the ability to read when I was in standard 1, it was almost by the end of that year when I figured out that I could read and spell correctly. The first book that I bought was actually a comic, it was Crayon Shin Chan volume 7. I still remember the volume and how happy I was during that time. It was like a child who just got her first toy and actually knew how to use it. Before that, I would just look at the books as objects and just attracted by the colorful colors and the image inside. However, after I had discovered my reading ability, I was so excited and kept reading everything that was possible to be read, including a signboard at the road! Afterwards, I started to go to library at school whenever I could. I really enjoyed myself and started to borrow books from school. I love books, perhaps you can say I’m a bookworm. I took care of all my novels very well as if they were still new...
